Polyamide (PA)

Polyamide (PA) is one of the most commonly used engineering plastics, valued for its high mechanical strength, stiffness, hardness and wear resistance. It also offers good sliding properties, vibration damping and excellent CNC machinability.

Typical applications include bushings, plain bearings, gears, conveyor rollers, cams, insulating components and machine parts.

Available grades include PA6-G, PA6-G Mo, PA6-G with lubricant, PA6-G HS, PA6-E, PA 6.6 and PA 6.6 GF30, differing in thermal resistance, wear resistance and dimensional stability.
